  • act honestly and in good faith;
  • respect other users, vendors, and practitioners;
  • protect the safety of others, especially around health information;
  • use the Service only for lawful purposes and as intended.

3. Prohibited activities

You must not, and must not attempt to:

  • break any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate anyone else doing so;
  • scrape, harvest, crawl, or bulk-download data, or use bots or automated means without our written permission;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities, or bypass security or rate limits;
  • upload malware, or interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;

  • send spam, scams, or unsolicited promotions, or manipulate ratings, reviews, or rankings;

4. Health-information conduct

Health information can cause real harm if it is wrong. Treat it with the seriousness it deserves.
  • Do not post dangerous, misleading, or unverified health claims, dosages, or instructions.
  • Do not present remedies as cures for serious conditions or as replacements for professional medical care.
  • Do not remove, alter, or circumvent safety warnings, toxicity labels, or mandatory disclaimers.
  • Do not encourage others to ignore qualified medical advice or emergency services.

5. Content standards

Content you submit — including community recipes, reviews, questions, and answers — must be:

  • accurate, respectful, and your own (or properly attributed);
  • free of hateful, harassing, obscene, defamatory, or violent material;
  • free of personal data about others shared without consent;
  • relevant and not deceptive, including no fake reviews or coordinated manipulation.

6. Vendor and practitioner conduct

Vendors and Practitioners must keep listings, credentials, and remedy information accurate and lawful, honour their commitments to customers, and respect all safety, labelling, and verification requirements set out in the Terms of Service. Misrepresenting verification, certifications, or product safety is strictly prohibited.

7. Account security

Keep your account credentials confidential, use a strong password, and do not share access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Report security concerns or suspected misuse to support@agbofinder.com.

8. Reporting and enforcement

If you encounter unsafe content, prohibited conduct, or anything that puts users at risk, report it to support@agbofinder.com. 9. Consequences of violations

Breaching these Terms of Use is a breach of our Terms of Service. Depending on severity, consequences may include content removal, warnings, loss of verification, temporary suspension, or permanent termination, without limiting any other remedies available to us or to affected users.
